At Flawed & Lovely Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless, luxury experience for every client, please review our policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Consistent no-shows may result in the client being unable to book future appointments.
Emergencies are understoodplease contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises, and we will work with you.

Late Arrivals
Arriving on time allows you to enjoy your full appointment.
There is a 10 minute grace period after the 10 minutes a $20 late fee will apply.
Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may be considered a no-show. If the client does not show at that point, 100% of the service will be charged.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied toward your service total and confirm your reserved time.
